Custom Built Canoes
Headwaters Canoes are handcrafted works of functional art, built for cottage paddlers and wilderness trippers who value the tradition, grace and performance of classic wood-canvas canoes. Repair & Restoration

Parts & Materials
Looking to DIY? We sell select parts and materials, including ash gunwales, eastern white cedar ribs, sheeting (planking), canvas, fasteners, filler and paint, for wood-canvas canoe restoration projects. We can also supply you with gunwales and other materials for other canoe repairs, such as replacing gunwales on composite or laminated strip canoes.
